You’ll see a good number of our team members in action as they complete a deck sealing, concrete driveway sealing, and an epoxy garage floor. We shot the footage for this film last fall. I can’t explain why Mark ended up in so many of the shots. I guess it’s because he’s such a hard worker, and so darn good lookin!

We look forward to using this for years to come and hope that it helps our future clients see some of what we do, and how their projects get completed.

I want to thank the homeowners in Kansas City, MO and in Overland Park, that allowed us to work a little slower on their projects, as we shot the video for this. We’re glad that we could make their homes a little nicer and protect their wood and concrete using our proven products and processes.

Thank you and if you like what you see, feel free to call us at 913.390.0600 or visit our website at http://www.sealkc.com. We’ll enhance and protect the value of your home in and around the Kansas City metro area.

This is an epoxy floor repair testimonial that I just had sent to me today for a repair that I did for a homeowner in Leawood a few weeks ago. He didn’t need a new floor, just the damage repaired on a floor from a company that had gone out of business and obviously couldn’t help him with it. It was an older technology than what we install, but I was able to make the repairs on the “old school” floor.

If the repair would not have been made, water would have started to delaminate and deteriorate the floor, and it would have ended up being a costly replacement. We were able to make the repair and it came out even better looking than I expected.

Testimonial:

What a great job you did on my garage floor !

As you know, I had gotten your name from a good friend of mine, actually two different friends, for whom you had applied your garage floor finish.

However, my situation was a little unique in that my floor was already finished years ago, by a company who is no longer in business. The problem was I had dropped a heavy object on it and damaged the coating down to the original concrete in a small area.

So, I needed someone who could “patch” up the floor to match the finish already in place. I knew it was going to be difficult to even find someone who would look at it, let alone try to repair it.

You did both and it could not have turned out better. I cannot thank you enough for your efforts and diligence in the work you personally put into it. You matched the finish, even though it was not exactly the finish you offer and worked on it like an artist.

I think it took you three trips to the house, to get it just the way you wanted it to look.

I am exceptionally pleased with your work and will definitely be recommending your company to others who want their garage floors coated.

Thanks again and Happy New Year !

Glad we could help out Bryan!

We recently had one of our clients return to seal his driveway again. You may ask why would you ever need to seal your driveway again if you used SealMasters? The only reason you’d ever need to get you driveway sealed again with SealMasters, is if you move, like this client did. Shortly after moving into his new Olathe home, last spring, this client called to get an estimate for sealing his driveway at his new address, and recently called to get sealed before winter attacks his new driveway. We had sealed his driveway at his former home in Overland Park a few years ago.

While others have to re-seal their current and existing driveways, by using traditional type concrete sealers that sit on the surface, and are worn away by the elements, only SealMasters use of the SealRx product permanently seals your concrete from within, and without flushing out like other siliconate sealers that others use. Do it yourselfers may also apply seals themselves, but often get limited protection and discoloration due to the nature of such products and application procedures.

Why not call SealMasters and get your concrete sealed once and for all-professionally. Call SealMasters for the last seal you’ll ever need on your concrete at 913.390.0600 or visit sealkc.com. We are currently offering special pricing for the remainder of the fall.

Here is part of an e-mail from one of our clients that we sealed over 5 years ago!

From you great glancing at your website, it looks like your company has really taken off since I had you take care of my deck back in 2006.

Congratulations! Your product has worked wonders on my deck over the years.

I never got around to staining or power washing my deck until last year. Yes, in 2010 I finally addressed my “to do” home maintenance list item that I had put off since I bought our house! I actually cleaned up the deck and wow! It came out great! Can you believe your product actually protected my deck and took good care of it like that? You had used me as a reference over the years and people called and I told them how wonderful your product was all those years and even had a few people who came over and looked at my deck….unstained and not really maintained, except for one application of your product after I moved in. Now, I have a wonderful deck and I credit your product with helping me “put off” the chore I never wanted to do!

His e-mail continued that he’d also like to have us come out and seal some boards that he’d replaced. There had been a little fire on Clint’s cedar deck due to a “bbq incident”. I’m waiting to hear back from Clint at this time to see when he’d like us to come back and seal those new boards, without cost to him, and yes, more than 5 years after we were paid for sealing his deck.

After a record number of both driveways and total square feet sealed last year we have had lots of continued interest in sealing concrete this year. With the heat we’ve been suffering through this last month or so, some may need a reminder that concrete in the Kansas City are needs to be sealed! I don’t think there is anything more frustrating to a new homeowner or homeowner with a replaced driveway than to see that nasty pitting happening to their driveway.

Over the years we’ve found that it’s that fourth year of a new home when people start noticing that their driving is beginning to fall apart. This is by no means a hard set rule, but it seems that’s when we start getting those calls. After a few years the cure seal has worn away and a few years of the elements have started to take there toll.

The best thing to do is to seal your concrete before mother nature starts hammering away at it. We’ve had two consecutive rough winters in the Kansas City area and who knows what will get thrown at us this year.

As a rule of thumb we can protect $7 to $10 worth of concrete for every dollar spent on sealing. Talk about return on investment! The number can even get bigger on larger projects, even approaching a 20 to 1 ratio.

It’s been quite a month but we’ve finally finished the move into the new warehouse and new office location. Please note that our new mailing address for our offices is 14670 S. Harrison St, Suite 200 Olathe, KS 66061. We’re still working out a few issues with the new computer network, and I haven’t been able to get access to change the address our website.

We appologize for the missed and delayed phone calls, that occurred with the move, but we’re back in stride now. Our phone number remains 913.390.0600 and you can always contact us through e-mail at: sales@sealkc.com.

Our teams are now much more effecient getting in and out of our new facilty with more overhead doors, and dedicated areas for all of our various services. The only thing we didn’t account for was the extra trailors that are sitting around, since we’ve been to busy to convert our new trailers, and continue to run our daily buisness with our hail damaged ones. Hopefully we’ll get some time later this summer to get the new and improved trailers on the road.

Epoxy flooring continues to grow with our largest floor ever coming up next month at over 16,000 SF. SealRx crews are also staying on top of the schedule and sealing a lot of decks and driveways.
